- Welcome to Lazy Bear Lakehouse! This is the perfect gathering place for family and friends to play, relax, and enjoy time together with a gorgeous view of the lake.
This gated-community home with 5,000 square feet, 7 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms (that sleeps 38!) offers modern amenities and plenty of creature comforts. Enjoy playing pool, foosball, air hockey or watching a movie on one of 5 flat-screen smart TVs. Enjoy breathtaking views from your own private Bullfrog hot tub on the back patio. The property also sits just up the hill from the Reserve clubhouse, offering two heated swimming pools, water slide, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, pickleball court, and playground just a five-minute-walk away. The outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to early October. Being a short walking distance to the clubhouse amenities is a game changer with large parties in the Reserve!
Start the day watching the sunrise over the lake right from the master bedroom or deck. For all-season outdoor play, enjoy The Reserve’s 1800-foot private beach, miles of ATV and snowmobile trails accessible right from the property, or skiing at nearby Beaver Mountain.
