"The place reminded me more of a B&B. The room was just the size to come home to after spending the day wandering around Grand Haven. Loved being greeted by warm baked cookies, which were absolutely delicious. The continental breakfast was fine. Both staff members that I spoke with for recommendations for dinner were absolutely spot on. Both places, Snug Harbor and JW‘s . Will definitely stay here again. And I highly recommend it."

"Jamie was great and answered all my questions quickly. I loved the property and the grounds. The location is great for day trips. Everything was comfortable, the bed was very nice and supportive. I felt the house was clean from top to bottom. I hope to stay again sometime."

"This property was absolutely perfect for our three generation family gathering. Comfortable, clean and well equipped spaces for time together. Everything we needed was there. The 4 early-mid teen cousins had such a great time reconnecting, as did the adults. Easy to get around to shop and have time with other Grand Rapids area family members as well as a visit over to beautiful Lake Michigan."

"We stayed at this property to drop my daughter off at college. It was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, the AC and TV channels were perfect for our late evenings, and the pool was a special bonus. Our move-in dates fluctuated a few times and Heidi was easy and flexible to communicate with. The description was accurate. The house was a little quirky, but that added to the charm. Would stay here again."
