The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living area with a double sofa bed, TV and access to the terrace
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a TV
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) and a TV
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot and fan.

Outdoors:
- A shared swimming pool (8×4) with a maximum depth of 1.70 metres, unheated, secured by a gate which must remain closed at all times. It is open from 1 June to 30 September. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions. An outdoor shower is available for your use
- A private 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A 300 m² south-facing garden with trees, shared with an adjoining property

The flat is ideally situated in Fitou, in a quiet and very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Activities:
- Activities in the Corbières region: hiking, canyoning, kayaking, quad biking, paragliding, exploring Catalan heritage sites (fortresses, vineyards), etc.
