The hotel offered great amenities, which added to the overall enjoyment and convenience of our stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both comfortable and inviting. We greatly appreciated the level of service provided and the attention to detail shown by the entire team. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a priority here. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be booking with this hotel in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional customer service and excellent amenities."

"Air conditioning was very loud. no ice on 2nd or 3rd floor. Out of order signs looked very old. Asked for more coffee and sugars 3 days in a row, never got them. At one point I was told they ran out. But when I walked by the cleaning cart it was loaded with coffee sugar and creamer. ( No I didn't take them from cart) When I signed in they said I had to pay a $25 deposit, This is after my non refundable $600 was already paid. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately they never followed through with the coffee. A lot of little thing but enough to make me never go there again."

"Disappointed. The parking area is small due to large trucks using hotel. First room had a large air cleaner running due to the smell. Requested different room and the entry door stuck so bad you had to use your shoulder to open and close it. That room also smelled. We travel with a dog and have no problem paying the pet fee, realizing that special attention is needed as far as cleaning. But the smells in the 2 rooms did not come from animals. Will not be back"
