Saturday night's karaoke was SO LOUD we could hear the music through the walls until after 1 a.m. The music kept waking me up - and I was wearing earplugs!"

"I booked my April reservation in February. Showed up and the hotel was closed. I googled and apparently this was due to a kitchen fire 2 weeks prior. I understand these issues can happen, but I should have been notified. Instead of having time to book another hotel prior to my trip, I was left to do it in town last minute. I ended up wasting time and spending more money."

"Only complaint is the cheap toilet paper - ouch. Everything else was as expected. The staff was all very kind and hard working. Thank you for a comfortable stay while we were in town visiting family. Our rooms were clean, rollaway bed was in room as requested, parking was free and easy, breakfast was standard fare.
