"Before I booked I saw so many reviews that were half and half…. Either just “ok” or “terrible”. After my stay, I can say I will never book there again. I think if you happen to get in the main building, your room is probably ok. However, if you are assigned to the outdoor motel in the back then it’s definitely terrible. The clean towels had stains, ants in the bathroom, roaches crawling along the outside walkway, the partying in the parking lot, not secure parking, dirty floors, door had a gap to the outside, window treatments almost falling out of the wall. I was on the second floor and the stairs that were closest to my car was roped off. There are no luggage carts for the outdoor motel section. I happened to be traveling alone. I felt completely unsafe. The desk worker was very nice and welcoming. I didn’t arrive until midnight for checkin if it had of been earlier in the evening I would have just left. The property needs major maintenance and repairs. I got completely ripped off at $500 a night. "

"Nice area. Felt safe outside. Parking should come included and not be an additional charge. Rooms could be cleaner. Black hairs found on mattress and awful smell coming from shower. Staff was great. Breakfast bar was top notch! Amazing food! "

"Hallways smell like weed, rooms smell like stale smoke. Hotel staff tried to enter our room at 7:15 in the morning while we were all sleeping without knocking asking us if we paid! How else did we get our room?! Would never stay there again."

"The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. I used the stationary bicycle in the gym. Didn't have time to use the indoor pool but it looked clean. I didn't like the smell of the room. It took a bit of work to program TV so I could watch. Convenient location. Reasonable price."
