Experience the ultimate beach getaway at Sandy Toes D, a charming two-bedroom beachfront condo located directly across from Flagler Beach. With private balcony access and a steps-to-the-sand location, you can skip the hassle of parking and traffic and enjoy the ocean whenever you like.

Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is decorated in classic coastal style with blue-and-white accents and tiled floors. Relax on the sofa or armchair, enjoy a movie on the HDTV with cable, or stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.

The king primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a wall-mounted TV, while the second bedroom provides additional space for guests. The bathroom features a walk-in tiled shower, vanity storage, and fresh towels and linens. A private washer and dryer make longer stays effortless, and a brand-new outdoor shower adds convenience after beach days.

Pet Policy
-Non-refundable pet fee: $180 + tax
-Additional dog: $50
-Extra fees may apply for damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste
For larger groups, consider renting Sandy Toes A & C for additional space. Guests can also enjoy the on-site spa with facials for added relaxation.

-Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
-You will receive a comprehensive digital guide before arrival with everything needed for a smooth stay.

We loved our relaxing stay. The home was exactly as pictured, very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped beyond expectation. The sunrises were breathtaking both from the beach and from the warmth of the huge oceanfront windows on the chilliest winter mornings. Enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and a local park steps away. There is also a really great little local dog park & tap house just a couple miles north. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. We will 100% consider this home for our next stay in the area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach Vrbo unit! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand and within walking distance to great local restaurants and shops. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying an adult beverage on the balcony with an ocean view was truly special.The unit itself was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully decorated to reflect a breezy coastal vibe. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed.Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly throughout our stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Wonderful stay

The apartment is in the perfect location just far enough away from all of the crowds if you are looking for a quiet stay. Everything is fairly new, easy parking and just a walk across the street to the beach. Communication with the property management is very easy and very responsive. We would definitely return!!

Perfect getaway

Perfect place for the perfect beach getaway. The pictures online made unit D look very roomy, clean and modern close to the beach and centrally located in town……it’s even better in person! Thank you. Everything was perfect! Didn’t really realize how much this vacation was needed.

The Perfect Beach Cottage

This beach cottage was beautifully decorated and well stocked. There is only one bathroom. We found some extra make-up mirrors and used them in our bedrooms to free up the bathroom.

Excellent Spring Break

We enjoyed our time here and have had many spring and summer trips to Flagler over the years. This is a great property with a nice location and a beautiful view with easy beach access. Great communication throughout the process. Would stay here again!

Good and Bad

The good- Great location, easy to access the beach, quiet, close enough to walk down to the main area of Flagler Beach shops, plenty of beach supplies, large washer and drier, and a lot of extra space inside. Huge bedrooms, and nice size bathroom.The less than good- ants. We had ants everywhere (and some other weird large bug). We took out the trash constantly, even wiped everything down, but they kept coming back so we couldn’t leave any food on the counter or table unattended. The WiFi name and password were incorrect on the welcome email, the cable on the TV didn’t work in the bedroom, and the gate at the top of the stairs was broken. It seems like they adjusted the shower so it wouldn’t get hot. The faucet water would get hot but the shower would not (warm but not hot). The couches were stained. We were going to grill but it is a tiny portable one in a box in the laundry room. They did have the cable guy come fix the cable in the bedroom, but we had to let him in. They attempted to fix the gate but no luck. They brought us ant killer to spray after a couple days, and the maintenance guy helped us with the wifi. (He was great by the way and gave us excellent food recommendations)Overall, a nice place but less than desirable for what we were expecting. We stay in Florida on a beach every year during Christmas break but have never had to deal with pests like this. Maybe it’s an area thing, but definitely not something we have encountered before.

Great spot in Flagler Beach

We stayed here for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The TV setup is impressive and the retractable gate on the landing was a nice touch allowing the door to be open while keeping our dog "in". Would definitely stay here again.
