The amenities at Humphrey’s Retreat are second to none. Indulge in relaxation in the hot tub, cozy up by the outdoor fireplace, or let the children enjoy the playground. The property also features a massive heated garage game room, providing endless entertainment for all ages.

Inside the home, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen is equipped with 2 ovens and ample dining space, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. Guests will have full access to the entire ranch, and we simply ask that children be supervised during their stay. If you have paid the pet fee to bring your furry friend along, we kindly request that you clean up after them. Excessive cleaning fees may be applicable.

As we are situated on a ranch, it is common to encounter wild animals on the property. Additionally, gophers may be present, so we ask that you remain aware during your stay.
For guests traveling with dogs, we have a dog door and dog runoff of the master bedroom, ensuring your furry family members have their own space to enjoy.

Flagstaff is also home to Northern Arizona University, making it a vibrant college town.
