"We only stayed one night here, but it was a lovely hotel. Clean, easy parking, popcorn in the lobby; what's not to like? The breakfast was much better than what we've seen at a lot of other chain hotels. Very nice stay."

"Door on back of room to view forest was terrible. When we arrived tried to open not working,called front desk had it looked at not much better at all lack of matinence. Carpet in room is in need of a good cleaning, big stain bye the bed. I’m not a complainer but simply unexcepable. Love the property but need to up the up keep on things. Staff is the best no complaints!"

"The check-in and checkout procedure was quick and easy. The photos of the room displayed on Expedia do not match what the room actually looks like. You get what you pay for. Linens were fine. Mold under the restroom sink. Fridge and microwave were a plus. Parking was fine but be wary if you have more than 1 car, they do not track cars parked in the lot. Heater works. Walkable distance to downtown and plenty of food options walking as well. Gas station across the street. No problem with next door rooms and guests."

"The lounge and outdoor space was great. However, the room itself wasn’t impressive. The shower got water all over the bathroom no matter how hard we tried to prevent it. There was no exhaust fan and there was lots pink mildew along the floor. In addition, the room needed maintenance. My sheets had small rips, the walls needed the paint touched up, etc. We got breakfast one morning and it was extremely overpriced for what it was. We spent $80 on two coffees, a water, overnight oats, a breakfast sandwich and a pastry. The coffee and oats were good but still didn’t justify the cost. The staff was lovely but unfortunately that is not enough for me to go back. It seems the place was designed with “aesthetics” at the forefront without attention to function or detail."
