Gave us confidence to stay in an independent hotel again. Great clean, updated place for my wife and 3 young kids to stay. Better value than the Marriott or Hilton options in town.

The staff was wonderful, the room was spacious and clean, and the wifi was extremely fast.

Super friendly front desk. Check in was smooth and easy since I did everything online prior to our arrival.

Great staff, delicious breakfast, beautiful grounds and quiet comfortable rooms! Walking distance to downtown and just minutes from Iron Mountain Hot springs and walking distance to the Vapor Caves.

This hotel is very clean! We were able to check in early, so our toddler can take her nap! The continental breakfast was great!

The property was centrally located to everything and although it’s slightly dated, it was really clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Me and my wife have been coming up here every year for the last 5 years and we always stay at this hotel service is always amazing and the rooms are just fine one thing I will say it’s a-little strange that there’s only one ice machine and it’s on the 3rd floor but no deal breaker.

For a 2-night, 3-day stay, it was excellent. Pros: Clean and comfy rooms. Amazing continental breakfast. Good coffee. Easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Beautiful views. Ease of check-in and check-out. Helpful and friendly guest services. Lovely indoor pool and hot tub. Loved the multiple mirros in room (including a full length). Adjustible A/C was nice. Great property with very convenient location. East walk to Iron Mtn hot springs. Pleasantly surprised by condition of hotel. Yes, it's older, but it was in great shape and very clean, with very friendly staff. Would be great for families as pool area looked fun and gondola to Adventure Park right outside front door.

Appreciated veins let into our room a little early, as I wasn't feeling well. The parking was better this time. There weren't as many guests and parking with our trailer was easier. Having more parking places and some to accommodate trucks with trailers would really improve the property.

Room was clean and comfortable - everything we were looking for!
