"vibe felt sterile. No coffee makers in rooms. This is a basic amenity even at much cheaper hotels. They told us there was coffee in the lobby. It is a hassle to go down there, but when my husband did so, they were out of coffee and sent him to the restaurant, where he was handed a cup of coffee and told it would be six dollars. This is not what I call having coffee available at all times in the lobby. He declined and walked away.
There was construction noise that we heard very loud in our room during much of our three day stay. No comments or explanation were made by the front desk nor were we offered a discount..
I asked the front desk for a coffee maker for our room, but after receiving no response within the first 24 hours, I asked again and that time they did bring one one, which we appreciated, but I had to go down in person to make this happen. There was also no microwave in the room, a considerable inconvenience.
sliding door on the bathroom =s lack of privacy. not much carpet in the room which made it hard to do my floor exercises.
liked this less than a basic hotel but paid 60 to 70% more. fitness room windowless and in basement. To make the peloton work I had to jerryrig it; the username they posted didn’t work. No entertainment available on the machines either.
Utter lack of movie options in room if don’t have own streaming service, which should not be assumed. I’ve had muchbetter entertainment options in far cheaper hotels.
Save your $ and avoid this place!"
