A must visit

On visiting friends in the neighbourhood we always stay the first night in Hotel Hafen! Excellent harbour location and stylish group of new and restored buildings - a treat!

We have been, on 10-15 hotels. This is the best. Very nice rooms, very good breakfast, a nice bar, outside place to sit and do what you like, and have something to drink. There is free charging of electric car.

Great hotel but arrogant staff

Great beat idyl and central hotel but somewhat in personal when arriving. Professional yes, but not welcoming. Defineteky felt like a hotel, but not a Home away from Home due to aloof, business as usual treatment of staff up on arrival!

Schöne Einrichtung, sehr gut gelegen (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür), Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück und Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt aber sah sehr gut aus, Insgesamt ein Hotel mit einem durchdachten Ambiente. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Zimmer was wir hatten, hatte Hafenblick, leider ist die Straße die dazwischen ist doch etwas stärker befahren. Das Zimmer wirkte recht kühl und nicht warm, es gefiel uns nicht. Das parken in der Tiefgarage ist schwierig, wenn die Autos keine Minis sind und sie recht voll ist. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber Preis Leistung stimmt nicht ganz. Auch wirkte die Rezeption teilweise etwas patzig und überfordert, man ist Kunde!

Komfortable Betten. Top Service. Perfekte Anreise per PKW, hoteleigene Tiefgarage vorhanden. Perfekt gelegen für einen Kurztrip nach Flensburg oder - wie bei uns - als Zwischenübernachtung Richtung Norden um einen schönen Nachmittag/Abend in Flensburg zu genießen. Wir buchen hier zukünftig wieder….

Et dejligt hotel og en god beliggenhed. Værelset var stort og flot indrettet. Der var dog meget varmt 24-7 og det på trods af at det kun var 20 grader udenfor, det var ikke muligt at lufte ud så det blev behageligt, det trækker dog så meget ned at vi ikke vælger dette hotel igen

Great hotel, we have been there multiple times. However this time service in restaurant failed a bit. Staff made multiple mistakes, however they solved them as well. Another change - room cleaning is every second day, not daily. Hotel claims it’s to be more environment friendly (maybe yes, maybe it’s an excuse). Overall - great hotel, but not sure we will come back again.
