"I had a really great experience staying at Sonesta ES Suites San Jose Airport. From the moment I arrived, the customer service stood out. You can tell the hotel does a good job maintaining their rooms because everything felt fresh and organized when I walked in. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing it was, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. Another thing I liked was how smooth everything felt overall, from check-in to just coming and going during my stay. Sometimes little details make a big difference, and this place definitely delivered on that. Overall, I had a really positive stay and would absolutely come back again if I’m in the San Jose area. "They charg $19 for car park a day and 50 deposit for every day that was not mentioned on the web . This is san Josy not LA the park was mostly empty and I don’t see any need for this expensive car park charg I. Arazona and Vegas big hotels charged 10 , this charged 20 too much "
