"I was very disappointed in the staff in general. at the hotel the front desk check-in. She was rude. No welcome, greeting or other kindness. Our interaction with staff at breakfast was also rude. There’s no sign to explain self seating or self service. Both questions were asked of staff and their response was very rude. I’m sorry but if nothing is explained and the client is not informed, we assume certain services. When we checked out, there was no one at the desk. 9am on a Saturday. We waited. Finally after making eye contact multiple times with what seemed to be a manager wandering around the bar, he came over. Asked what we needed. Then he went into the staff office then said someone else would be with us a some point. No apology, no explanation, no service. We left the card keys and left. This all seems unacceptable at a high end Hyatt property."

"The whole place is under construction/renovation. Zero amenities. Pool was drained and nothing in service. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, but nothing else as promised on the listing on hotels.com."

"Quite simply one of the best home rentals where I have ever stayed. Nestled in the woods, yet very close to the local towns, restaurants, and frequent trains to New York City. The trees and streams surrounding the Cottage give you all the privacy you could ever need, and you feel more relaxed at every turn looking out the windows. The kitchen is fully functional, and the fireplace is impressive. David, the host, is prompt and responsive. He answered quickly, no question was too small for his attention. I highly recommend this Cottage in the woods for those who need to visit the Greenwich area, it certainly is a favorite of mine and I look forward to returning. Thank you, David, for making this experience possible."

"Overall, an excellent choice. Comfortable bed, roomy apt and quiet location. Spotlessly clean. Easy off-street parking. Speedy wi-fi. Owner is very precise in communicating (via Vrbo's app messaging) all pertinent information leaving nothing to guesswork. I would recommend this location without hesitation!"

"Stayed at this rental for three nights. This is a very new renovation. Two spacious rooms upstairs with bathroom. The kitchen and the appliances were all like new. There were two additional half baths on level one and the basement. The half bath in the basement needs help, so we did not use it. There is a furnished room in the basement with a large TV. The area was very quiet. The host was super responsive when we had questions and took quick action to ensure that we had a great experience. The rental is equipped with washer and dryer. Also, there is a garage for your car. Check out at 12 noon was also appreciated."
