Mornings were delightful with a view of fish jumping out of the water and a manatee gracefully swimming. We went kayaking several times, giving us the ability to observe various water birds like egrets and many turtle families. It was nice to be able to kayak on a whim w/o the expense of renting equipment, nor having to make reservations/stress about getting somewhere on time. ...
