"We had a great visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The views are amazing. The grounds were well kept up and maintained. The breakfasts each morning were delicious. The rooms were made up every day. We even had the pizza one night and it was delicious. The only drawback was the 10 minute walk to the bus line and then back up afterwards. But we knew about it before we came. And we did it every day. If you can't, then a taxi will be happy to pick you up. But it was a quick 20...

"Personale gentile, struttura ottima"

"We arrived quite exhausted and late after flight delays, 21 hours of traveling, and just looking forward to putting our heads down. The greeting by our host was not too welcoming nor understanding. It came off like we were inconveniencing him. I woukd agree with The window had a screen that was broken, letting the mosquitoes in. "Very helpful staff and comfortable affordable stay"

Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, Our apartment was nice and cozy, The one thing I would recommend is to state in advertising that it is located 2 miles from town and no public transportation. One must rent a car to get down to town or pay Taxi fees of $50.00+ to get back and forth."

"Absolutely loved my stay here. Gorgeous apartment style room away from the crowds of Florence."

"The location was fantastic, just over the river and close to a lively square lined with places to eat. The rooms were beautiful, very stylish, spacious and comfortable. The whole team were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we ever returned to Florence."

"Stunning!!"

"Lovely accommodations, full of history and charm. You go through the gate into the courtyard and you're in another world. Wonderful continental breakfast in the morning sitting at the little table and chairs in the courtyard. Whole experience was really a treat. Claudia was really great at communicating everything we needed on the WhatsApp before we arrived and the bed was very comfortable. Very close to everything you want to see in Florence. We started with Boboli Gardens and that was...
