This is a charming apartment in the heart of Florence, providing easy access to the Duomo, museums, leather markets and restaurants. Be aware that convenience comes at the price of a busy street close to a hospital, so it can be noisy at times. Rooms are reasonably spacious with plenty of storage. The building felt very secure and features a lift for easy access. The apartment is well appointed with appliances however we were warned not to use more than one at a time due to power issues. Air conditioning during our visit (July, 30 - 35 °C temperatures) was mixed: the bedroom unit could not keep up and nights were very hot while the kitchen remained comfortably cool. Communication was limited and did not match the expectations set in the Expedia listing. Instructions did not arrive at the expected

Trop buyant

Equipement et agencement : très bien. Pas d'isolation acoustique au niveau des fenêtres. Trop de bruit de jour comme de nuit à cause de la circulation des véhicules dans la rue. impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Impossible de se reposer.... La VMC de la salle de bain fonctionnait 24 h sur 24 d'où encore plus de bruit. Séjour gâché!!
