The Space

The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building (no elevator) and has undergone a meticulous renovation that blends the original architectural charm with a contemporary and sophisticated style. The carefully designed spaces are bright, refined, and welcoming.

Two spacious double bedrooms, furnished with high-quality beds and luxurious fabrics, ensure a perfect night’s sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen television, offering maximum comfort and entertainment.

The two modern and functional bathrooms each feature stylish walk-in showers and designer finishes.

The tastefully decorated living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to six guests in total comfort, and features an additional television — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances and selected tableware, is ideal for preparing breakfasts and dinners to share in an intimate atmosphere.

Guest Access

The apartment is entirely at your disposal.

Check-in is scheduled between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

As there is no reception, we kindly ask you to provide your exact arrival time at least 24 hours in advance of your check-in date.

Late check-ins must be requested and approved at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Early and late check-ins incur an additional fee:

From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)

From 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM: €25

From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM: €35

From 10:00 PM to midnight: €45

Please note that check-ins after midnight are not permitted unless previously arranged.
