Lucca was absolutely amazing, so friendly approachable and helpful and gave some amazing recommendations! In a great location close enough for a stroll to the duomo in about 10-15 minutes. Hotel so clean and rooms lovely and spacious.

I stayed at the Essence for 3 nights. I received a free upgrade from Raffaella when I checked into the hotel. She was very helpful and made a dinner reservation for us. The hotel was clean and in a good location. My room was also very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Essence hotel makes good sense

We had a great stay at the Essence Hotel. It is in a quieter part of town but still close to everything. The room we stayed in was clean and modern. Most major attractions in Florence were within easy walking distance. We'd be happy to stay here again next time when we come back to visit Tuscany.

Raffaella at the reception was one of the most wonderful people we have met on our entire trip. She helped us out with everything and was such a joy to be around. The place was incredible, brand new everything. Quiet and comfortable rooms. I would recommend to anyone to stay here

It was not hard to find the property. The room was nice and clean. However the property was in the middle of the building. It was somewhat hard to find the room. The elevator looked ancient and scary. It was so small that it was barely fit all our luggages.

The property is hidden away in the streets of Florence. Not too far from the train station but about a 15 min walk to Florence centre. Staff, in particular Raphaella, were amazing, so friendly and helpful with giving recommendations and travel advice. The room was perfect, spotless clean and modern interior, it was our anniversary so they prepared a small surprise in the room with some Prosecco. It was a lovely stay and I would definitely come back!

The hosts were wonderful and the rooms were pristine. The room view was also amazing. This is a new property so still some adjustments to be made. Front desk is available until 9:00 pm. Somehow didn’t feel like a hotel.. more like a boarding. I was assured that the surroundings were safe but some guys hung around all day on the park benches opposite the building and were pretty loud, well into the evening. Good for a short term stay.

We had the most incredible stay at Essence Hotel in Florence! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by Rafaella at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing us with a map of the city and offering amazing recommendations for gelato and local food spots. Her suggestions really helped us make the most of our time in Florence! The hotel itself is a gem. The facilities are modern, new, and absolutely immaculate. Every corner of the hotel feels fresh and well-kept. Our room was spotless and had all the comforts we needed after long days of exploring. Location-wise, you can’t ask for better. The hotel is within walking distance of many of Florence’s main attractions, which made it so convenient for sightseeing. We were able to walk to the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, and many other historic landmarks in just minutes. I highly recommend Essence Hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florence!
