A comfortable apartment of about 35 square meters, sleeping up to 3 people, located on the first floor of a modern building with an elevator (NOT suitable for people with disabilities—there is 1 step to enter the building). The property is located in the Gioberti area, a lively neighborhood with plenty of amenities and excellent public transportation, ideal for exploring the city while staying away from the hustle and bustle of the historic center.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a two-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, moka pot, electric kettle, microwave, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils), dining table, single sofa bed, and TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a closet;

- BATHROOM with a shower stall, small sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, building-wide heating, air conditioning (split units in the living room and bedroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



Guests will have full access to all areas of the home, and there are no shared spaces.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents and pay the tourist tax through our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian process for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The apartment keys can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the KeyNest pickup point, which will be communicated to you after booking along with the code sent to you the day before your arrival. The KeyNest pickup point is located near the apartment. Upon check-out, the keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pickup point.



Note: You must complete the online registration of your documents and the check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



The apartment is located in the Gioberti area, a lively neighborhood with plenty of amenities such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The area enjoys a strategic location and is just a short distance from the Artemio Franchi Stadium and the Nelson Mandela Forum (ideal for soccer fans and concertgoers). The city center is easily accessible by public transportation or on foot, and once there, you can visit all the city’s main attractions conveniently on foot.
