Hyatt should be ashamed that one of their hotels looks like this. The property is run down. The rooms are dirty and the furniture is old, stained, and beat up.

Limited parking that requires payment even for overnight. Dark parking lot and felt sketchy walking through it at night. Strange super dated rooms that definitely need to be brought into this century with a remodel. More expensive than it should have been. The room I booked wasn’t available at first, I booked a 2 queen bed with couch. And got there and they only had a king bed with couch. Which won’t sleep 5 so went back to desk and they found a room that they said floors had been cleaned and a fan was in there. They removed the fan but the room smelled musty like a lot of water had been in there before to long! We stayed in that room because we needed a room to sleep and for grandbaby to swim!
