What a wonderful surprise! We were two couples, in Florence for a four day stop. This wonderful apartment had it all. Location-check, Equipped kitchen-check, sitting room-double check. The bonus was Jacobo, who owns the Pop cafe right outside the door. Concierge for us!!

Eclectic Apartment in a Great Neighborhood

This is a fantastic traditional apartment in a centuries old building. It was perfect for our family of 4 and a great launching point for our 4 days in Florence. The layout is spread out between 2 floors with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. It sits on the side of a very active piazza with several highly rated restaurants and daily street market. It's far enough from the center of Florence to avoid tourist prices and yet easily walkable to the Duomo and other attractions. We will look to stay here again on our next trip to Florence.

Beautiful and Unique Home

This home was lovely and truly unique in a fun neighborhood. Right outside the door was an outdoor market on the weekend that was fun. Close to everything and the communication was great.

This house is the perfect size for a family of 4. It is located in a great location and easily walkable anywhere we needed to go. Eduardo answered all of my questions before we arrived in a timely manner.

Dreamy place!

Wow! This place is just gorgeous, I could live there forever! Excellent layout for 2 couples, clean rooms, comfy beds, even though it’s located in a busy, lively piazza, when you close your bedroom door it’s peaceful and quiet. I can’t wait to return and stay longer.

A wonderful stay!

We had a most wonderful time at this beautiful home. It had everything and then some. It was truly magical and the beds were super comfy and loved the two separate living areas. I would highly recommend this home and the area is great! Many restaurants and so much night life!

Florence for 5 days

Florence hits all the buttons. Good apartment, good food, good attractions. Our stay was in a beautiful plaza with excellent food choices and active night and day activities. Added a gelato/pizza class up in a country estate that was the best for learning and eating let alone the views of this area of Tuscany!

Lovely Close to everything but far enough away from the crowds. 8-10 4.5+ rated restaurants nearby Piazza is very vibrant and for the young and the locals Would definitely recommend and will stay the next time we are in Florence.

Spacious home!

Accommodations were very comfortable and clean with a well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is amazing, great location to everything and fantastic restaurants and shopping nearby. Very quiet home considering how busy the neighborhood is.

Enjoyed the city very much and the location of the property was perfect,the check in was easy and Edoardo’s communication was perfect. I have to say though, that as a firefighter the bars on the windows and the absence of smoke detectors made me slightly nervous.

Santo Spirito Dream was truly a dream property

Santo Spirito Dream lived up to our expectations and beyond. This was a fantastic property! We loved the location. Loved the restaurants and daily market right outside our door. It was clean and nicely decorated. We felt right at home. They accommodated our early arrival by letting us store our luggage at the property until the cleaning was done. We were two couples so having two separate living areas, one on the main level and one in the lower level was greatly appreciated. The only negative was that the safe didn’t work. Absolutely would recommend this property highly! We hope to stay here again

Bad owner made for bad experience

I would have liked to give this a great review, but after our experience, I couldn't. We had a major issue with one of the bathrooms reeking of a sewer problem, and the owner did not step up to fix it of accommodate us. The smell infiltrated the entire apartment. They sent a "handyman" down one day, he said he didn't find anything, and 30 minutes after he left the place reeked of sewer again. I informed the owner, who was just going to send the same person out again, and I told them they really needed a plumber or professional to come out and look at it. They declined, and instead said they were sorry that I had a "sensitive" nose. It was maybe the most insulting thing I've ever heard when traveling. I guess all four of us staying there had "sensitive" noses? I had to sleep with the windows wide open in the room, and the place didn't have screens, so I woke up to small welts all over me from the bug bites. So we checked out a day early and stayed at a hotel. I asked them for a partial refund, or at least to reimburse us for the hotel, but they declined. I will never rent from this owner again, and I don't recommend and you do it, either.

Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Santo Spirito

3 of us stayed for 2 nights in this fantastic two bedroom apartment in the heart of Santo Spirito. The location is fantastic. You are close to everything. Literally, feet from the front door, you can enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon/evening cocktail. There are numerous restaurants nearby as well as a mini-market. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer term stay. Each bedroom has the privacy of their own bathroom. There is a combo washer/dryer. The kitchen is well appointed, but I will disclose we did not cook anything except for making French Press coffee. There are no stairs to climb to access the apartment. The second bedroom is downstairs in the basement area. The ground floor has AC but the basement area does not. Our friend that stayed in the basement bedroom said there was no need for AC to run. Check in was very easy. We communicated via WhatsApp and met at the cafe right by the apartment. The piazza is very lively with the bars open until 2 am. However, none of us were disturbed when we retired for the evening (around 11 PM). We would definitely return here.

Girls trip

This was an amazing location and overall a good experience. It would have been perfect, but there was a very strong methane smell coming out of the master bath. It was so offensive that we had to shut that door and not use that bathroom our entire stay. I notified the property manager immediately and never received a response. We made do with sharing the small bathroom downstairs. There were five of us so it wasn’t convenient. I understand that there are issues that arise, my frustration with the situation is that no one from the property ever acknowledged my messages regarding the stink.

#1 Santo Spirito

Location location location! Literally right on the steps of the piazza Santo Spirito which is lively with restaurants and weekend market stalls yet removed from the chaos of the duomo area. Perfect! Most attractions are about a 15 minute walk over the river. Overall very happy with the apartment although not really any outdoor space to speak of. Home away from home!

Wonderful! From the minute we got to the apt, we had a great time! The location couldn’t have been any better. The apt was well stocked with kitchen needs, the beds were comfortable, and they had everything you could need. washer/dryer, lovely living room where we could sit at the end of the day, and most of all, a wine store right around the corner. Well come back.

Spacious Historic Home

This was the most interesting and spacious home we stayed in while visiting Italy. The beds were comfortable; however, the pullout sofa was not. The host was great. Location was good. We walked everywhere, and there were a lot of restaurants pretty close.

Awesome location!

The location is perfect. Just off the beaten path but still in the heart of the action. Great restaurants and cafes on the square that the property sits. Even with a restaurant next door, it was quiet and relaxing. The building is old, so it’s a little funky but super fun!
