Very spacious and well equipped apartment with large dining area and a small balcony. Right next to bus stop if you are taking the bus to/from main train terminal. Comfortable beds. Heating was easy to adjust. Convenient washing machine and drying rack. Everything was as described. One the first level so there is a short flight of stairs.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!! We were visiting from US to see our daughter who is studying abroad at LdM and this location was perfect! Short walk to everywhere we needed to go. Not too many stairs to carry luggage up. Everything was clean and ready for us. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms was more than enough space for us. Such a charming vibe--The little balcony was my favorite spot! We had everything we needed and hosts were very quick to respond to messages. We did not cook in the apartment (too many amazing restaurants!!), but the kitchen had everything one would need. If I get the pleasure of returning, I would stay here again. Thank you!!

Host was great. Showed us how to make coffee in a Bialetto and even brought us a bigger pot and some coffee. Location was fantastic. Only suggestion I would have was to have a TV that had Netflix and / or Amazon Prime built in so foreign guests can login and get shows in their native language. Overall great flat!!

Was greeted right away and was given a tour with help with our bags, owner's husband was extremely friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations and accommodations that came with the space. Great stay at this excellent apartment near Santa Croce in Florence. Fantastic location, easy access to main points of interests and great dining options. We were there in November when the nearby Christmas market at Santa Croce was running, just two blocks away. Space worked well for us and our college age daughter visiting our other daughter studying abroad in Florence.

Perfect spot!

We were in the perfect spot to experience all the wonderful aspects of Florence. A café, right down the street, great restaurants and a block away from Santa Croce. Perfect location apartment

Apartment in the old city very close to Santa Croze square and close to the Duomo. Locales in a old building but well arranged with new bathroom and absolutely very clean with all the necessary ítems. With a nice balcony. The comunicatio with Chiara was perfect. We reccoment for a visit to Firence!

We arrived early and were allowed to check in upon our arrival. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Outside was chilly but the heat inside made our stay comfortable. Upon check in we were greeted and provided with a few treats as a welcome to Italy which was very nice and appreciated. The location of the apartment was close enough for walking to Anywhere within Florence. Felt very safe around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again should we go back to Florence. Chiara was a great host and stayed in communication with us during our stay.

The apartment was everything promised. It is a perfect location right outside of Santa Croce Piazza. The neighborhood is not as crowded and noisy as other parts of Florence are. Yet the property is within walking distance of all. The apartment is spacious and well kept. My favorite part was having my morning coffee on the terrace. I would definitely stay here again.
