Era el segundo año q iba al castillo porque habia tenido una buena experiencia pero esta vez al bañarnos goteaba agua al piso de abajo. Un dia dejo dejo de funcionar la heladera y por suerte al dia siguiente arranco. Pero ya el helado me lo habia arruinado. Otro dia volvimos de la playa y estaba lleno de gusanos el piso y por otro lado las paredes del comedor lleno de hormiguitas. Si bien hay lavadero es imposible usar el lavarropas. Deberían tener 2 . Uno para uso interno y otro para el q alquila si realmente quieren ofrecer el servicio. Despues te ofrecen q uses la huerta pero tampoco hay mucho para usar. Este año no me quedo Buena impresión del lugar. Saludos

Practical apartment with very helpful owner

The apartment is very practical. In the kitchen is everything you need to cook your own meals. There is also a special place in the apartment where you can wash your laundry by hands. And the owner is very helpful and friendly - he gives you a lot of tipps what to do and where to get what you need. The only downside was that the apartment smelled a bit, what I guess is due to the kitchen and the heavy use of it. Using some air freshener, provided by the landlord, solved the problem.

Recomendo muito, casal Douglas e Michele são super atenciosos e não nos deixa faltar nada, apartamento com tudo básico necessário, não tem luxo porém pelo preço oferecido superou todas minhas perspectivas, melhor custo benefício!!!!

Best cost benefit in Florianopolis

We were in 2 adults, 1 child of 8 and other of 3 years old. There were 1 double and 2 single beds, so for a family of 4, it was perfect. In the bedroom, there is AC with timer, which was very helpful to sleep at night. This is not a hotel, so do not expect room service, but still they provide clean towels and sheets whenever you like. They have an external room with any of these items accessible 24 hours. In this room, it is also possible to use the laundry machine, with washing powder also available free of charge. One of the interesting things about this place is that they have a kind of greenhouse for growing mushrooms, and we can take it to eat whenever we like, as long as there is any to take. They also have some herbs and vegetables growing, and since there is kitchen to cook, we used it quite often in our meals. The wi-fi there works quite well. At night, we could watch youtube videos without any problem. They have cable TV with not many channels, but unexpectedly they have the Japanese channel NHK, which was useful to my wife since she is Japanese. There was no supermarket at walkable distance, but you will need a car to go to the many beaches of this island anyway. The best option is a supermarket called Angeloni in the main street. This is the biggest supermarket, and is not more than 10 min by car. For the price paid (39 USD per night), I believe we could not ask for more.

Um ótimo lugar para descansar e se divertir.

Ambiente limpo e agradável. Móveis bem distribuídos e com utensílios adequados para quem gosta de cozinhar. É oferecido canteiro com temperos e horta. Hotel bem localizado num lugar tranquilo e seguro. Os comércios bem próximos e a poucos metros da praia. O lado norte oferece bons passeios como as Dunas de Santinho, Canasvieira e a própria praia do Ingleses. Os funcionários discretos e prestativos (sempre com um sorriso no rosto). Bom local para quem também gosta de pedalar ou caminhar. Em cada quarto/chale do hotel tem uma churrasqueira no fundo. Para quem quer fazer um bom churrasco com mais pessoas, tem uma churrasqueira grande (com fogão a lenha) com todos os utensilios necessarios. Enfim.. recomendo. parabéns a todos os profissionais mantenedores do espaço.

Bem localizado.

Nossa estada foi maravilhosa. Flat bonito, limpo, próximo da praia. Chegamos e fomos recepcionados pelo Saulo. Ele nos passou todas as instruções, nos sugeriu passeios, restaurantes. Fizemos o passeio do barco pirata, inesquecível. (trapiche de Canasvieira). O flat tinha disponível e à vontade, produtos de limpeza e roupas de cama, banho.. Ficamos em 4 adultos e foi tudo muito bom. A segurança do local foi o que nos impressionou, pois somos de Guarulhos, e lá pudemos passear a noite na orla da praia sem problemas e sem nenhuma intercorrência. A cidade de Florianópolis como um todo é muito segura, limpa e muito linda. Só tenho a agradecer primeiramente a Deus por nos proporcionar tamanha alegria. Saulo, obrigada por nos recepcionar tão bem, nos deixar tão a vontade, até parecia que estávamos na nossa casa. Obrigada.

Ótima recepção, ótima estadia, pousada completa, uma horta com temperos e cogumelos frescos. Chegamos as 21:30, o dono nos recepcionou super bem, com um mapa da ilha, circulou todos os pontos mais turístico (Pois toda Floripa é turística, que cidade maravilhosa),mostrou onde comprar peixe fresco, onde tinha os melhores restaurantes e assim segue... Voltando a Floripa com certeza já sei onde ficar, super indico a pousada!!

Hotel super bem localizado com toda estrutura para quem quer fazer sua comida caseira com a possibilidade de verduras e temperos colhidos direto da pousada com atendimento nota 1000 direto com os donos que são hiper atenciosos fazendo com que a gente se sinta em casa !

Boa opção no norte da Ilha

Boa opção de hospedagem no Norte da ilha de Florianópolis, principalmente para quem quer autonomia, pois o apartamento dispõe de cozinha completa. Bem localizado para visitar as praias do norte (duplicação da rodovia concluída até a praia dos Ingleses). Hotel administrado por uma família cordial e atenciosa.
