Is a 120 m² two floors house - upstairs there are two queen-bedrooms with air-conditioning, one bathroom, the mezzanine with a smart tv, a chill chaise-longue and a big pouf, some table games (domino, chess, and cards) and a mini-fridge.
On the ground floor there is another queen-bedroom (ideal as a sleeping room for who doesn't feel comfortable to go up the narrow staircase of the house) the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, another bathroom with shower and the garage with a washing machine and churrasqueira (Brazilian grill).
The staircase to access the upper floor is spiral and narrow.
The house's outside space is large and composed by a 6x3 m swimming pool surrounded tropical plants, an hammock, a couple of nice chairs and an outdoor shower. There is enough place to park up to 3 cars.
