Estadia muito boa.

Uma boa opção em Canasveiras, atendimento muito cordial. Café da manhã excelente. Cama estava com o colchão afundado, mas no mais a estadia foi muito boa.

Tudo incrível! Pessoal super atencioso, quarto grande, com louças, talheres e microondas. O hotel empresta (gratuitamente, portanto) cadeiras, toalhas de praia e guarda-sol. Há bebedouro para encher garrafas de água. Café da manhã super variado e saboroso. Vista maravilhosa, há poucos metros da praia.

Foi incrível! Voltaremos com certeza. Atendimento nota 10, café da manhã maravilhoso com várias opções (fiquei feliz pois sou intolerante a lactose e tinha leite zero, opções sem glúten também…). O quarto incrível! Cama super confortável, quarto espaçoso, limpo e aconchegante. Não vejo a hora de voltar!

Un maravilloso hotel, super bien ubicado a 10 pasos de la playa y de la zona de comercio y restaurantes. El pesonal muy amable y atento, habitaciones limpias e impecables, desayuno buffet con diferentes opciones para comer cada dia, lo recomiendo 100% y de seguro vuelvo aqui la proxima vez.

Pela nota , eu esperava mais! Decepcionada

Eu esperava mais pela avaliação: pra começar na recepção o primeiro dia o atendente achamos mal humorado, como dizem a primeira impressão é a que fica. E nem conseguimos melhorar essa impressão pois no ultimo dia, Às 9:00 saindo para dar uma volta rapida , uma recepcionista sem educação pegou a chave e grosseiramente falou, sem a gente perguntar: que a nossa saida era as 11hrs, como se ficasse a impressão " não sei pq vcs. estao indo dar volta, demonstrando ansiedade para desocupação do quarto, achei bem sem educação e completamente desnecessario falar isso e da forma como foi falado. O cafe da manha, todos os dias bem parecido: 4 ou 5 tipos de pao e bolo, tbm esperava mais pelos comentarios. Limpeza, até o papel higienico esqueceram e pedimos e precisamos retirar na recepção... No geral , achei os funcionarios não receptivos , por se tratar de turismo esse seria o minimo.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado para quem quer ficar próximo a praia de Canasvieiras( 1 quadra). A estrutura é ótima, hotel relativamente novo, instalações ótimas e muito limpo. Café da manhã excelente com variedades de frutas e produtos sem gluten.O atendimento na recepção é excelente, com funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Unico ponto contra é a cobrança de estacionamento a parte da diária mas que vale pela comodidade e segurança para quem quer deixar o carro em local fechado e coberto.
