"Room was clean. Mattress needs to be replaced. September is a down month so the kayaks weren’t available (being refurbished). Pool was nice. It has been remarcited since the last time I was there. Also new patio and beach furniture very nice. Great location in Key Largo you can walk to almost everything still get the 10% off at the restaurant next-door too."

"Due to low occupancy, the restaurant was closed. They also changed the breakfast arrangement. Instead of being able to choose something from the menu, we were asked to use the buffet, which was expensive and not very good. We received a brochure with all the programs, menus, and other information, but nobody informed us about these changes. This was very confusing and disappointing."
