"Overall, our hotel stay was good. The exterior of the property and the grounds were beautiful and very well maintained, creating a great first impression. The office staff was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
The rooms, however, could use some updating and maintenance. Housekeeping was inconsistent; although our room was serviced, it often seemed that the bed was simply remade with the same sheets rather than having them changed when requested. The beach was also disappointing, as it wasn't really suitable for swimming. Thankfully the hotel did offer pool towels for your day out.
Despite these issues, we still had an enjoyable stay thanks to the excellent office staff and the well-kept property."
