"Resort is amazing, food is delicious, room was big and beds comfortable. My only conplaint,for the cost of staying here as a guest i should not have to contact housekeeping 2x and ask for room to be refreshed and clean towels. Polite onthe phone but no action. And i dont know if the starbucks employees are starbuck employees or Gaylord. But rolling of eyes and no attentionto corre t filling of order. Wrong croissant and not warmed. And an attitude. Besides this the stay exceeded on "i want to vpme back ."

"We had a wonderful stay! The food was amazing, the front desk service was excellent, and the pool bartender was fantastic. I was upgraded for my birthday, which made the trip feel extra special. The rooftop was beautiful, and Nacho provided great service. The only area for improvement was the Idle Club bartender at night, who could have been a little friendlier. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return!"
