"In my rush to be somewhere early, I left behind two items. I called and they found them. I was able to drop by and retrieve them. Thank you for being so kind to help. The room was clean and the Staff was great- from check in to check out and back for my found items."

"The hotel has over 200 rooms and only two elevators. The whole time I was there, one of the two elevators was broken so we had to wait 10,15,20 minutes to get to or from our room. Absolutely ruins your stay."

"Tv didn’t work, there was an option to use YouTube or Netflix but that wasn’t available. There was also only 4 channels that worked. There’s free coffee, but the machine didn’t work. The towels in the room had hair stuck in them, so we had to get new ones and check those. One of the chairs was filled with white/greyish spots. The front desk person (forgot their name) was very sweet though"
