"The Pool costs money to use. This is not anywhere in the Expedia page and we found out about it because staff told us after we were already in the pool. We got out immediately but they still demanded that we pay. The expedia should be updated and they should let guests know when they check in to avoid this problem in the future. "This is my second stay at Olle Tourist Hotel three years apart and each stay was perfect! My room was super clean and comfortable and the hosts went over and beyond to help with information about places we wanted to visit. This meant so much to us because I had a knee injury and they helped me know how to navigate the island of Jeju with my limitations. The host was so kind and lovely. If I return to Jeju God willing I will stay at Olle Tourist Hotel again. "
