We had a wonderful king bedroom, plenty of space. Breakfast was very busy, but it was a Sunday morning so can understand the reason for it. The workers were amazing as they had to really move to keep up with all the people and messes that were left.

The staff was great. The pool was disgusting. The hot tub was abruptly brought down for routine cleaning with no advance notice. Breakfast was fine. Room was fine.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was larger and clean. The hotel is starting to show some age and could use a little refurbishing. Easy to get to right off I-41. Most of the better dining options were across town.

Staff (only 1 that we met) was kind and knowledgeable. However, our room was awful. Walked in and it smelled of smoke. So bad that we turned around and left.

Loved our stay. Clean, convenient, and friendly. One tip: the toilet in Room 127 ran briefly every few minutes: stopper problem. Otherwise, excellent stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room cleanliness could improve, dirty forks left between the t v and the cabinet. Lots of trash behind the cabinet, and I cleaned the shower before using. Because it was so dirty. I wiped up water off the bathroom floor and it was obvious on a white towel that the floor had not been cleaned in a while. The upholster chair in the bedroom was so dirty. I would not sit on it. The backs of all the dining room chairs were dirty. They should recover them with a plastic or an easily wiped off fabric. The fall decorating was very pretty and nice. The pool area was clean.

Super friendly staff. Hotel and rooms itself not very clean. Walls were dirty, bathroom floor not clean, old food in vent of air conditioner, room smelled horrible, treadmill looked like someone spilled something and it never got cleaned, machines in game room ate our quarters, lamp on nightstand didn’t work, chair in room had stains and couch had a rip in
