  • Located in the heart of a tourist region, very beautiful charming longère between Auxerre and St Fargeau, haven of peace, nestled in the Puisaye countryside (Pays de Colette and P. Larrousse), 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 48 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, central heating + fireplace and insert
    Cleaning costs (not included in the Abritel booking, payable on arrival) for each rental: € 75, and heating costs in winter from 01/10 to 30/04 from 1 to 2% per person per night, no central heating outside these periods, additional wood heating only
    PLEASE NOTE, towels are NOT INCLUDED in the rental, please bring them
    A service of supply of sheets and towels can however be ensured for 140 € per stay (for 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms)

Nous avons passé un très chouette réveillon dans le gîte de christophe

Bel endroit en pleine nature.nous aurions aimé que le gîte soit chauffe au moins la veille de notre arrivée.et vaisselle à....renouveler.sinon très bien

Nous sommes partis au mois de mai, campagne et jardin bucolique avec un aménagement agréable pour les enfants, de nombreux jeux on fait le bonheur de nos chérubins. A l'intérieur livres, CD E.T.C rien n'y manque…… Chambres spacieuses, literie top!!! Même si la déco est un peu surannée ce n'est pas le plus important. Claire

un gîte sympa

Nous avons passé un weekend en famille dans ce gîte. Il est grand et confortable, les nombreux jeux pour enfants sont très appréciables, les cheminées aussi. l'état de propreté n'était pas parfait mais correct. Il faut par contre savoir qu'on ne capte quasiment pas avec les portables. et que le check in est à 16h et le check out à 11h, ce qui, pour un weekend, peut faire un peu court.

Très bon week-end en Bourgogne

La longère est fonctionnelle et spacieuse, l'environnement très calme, les vues et la campagne alentours, très belles. Très bien équipée pour les enfants. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été excellent. Les activités dans la région font légion et sont très intéressantes (châteaux, notamment Guédelon, parcs naturels, musées, caves, etc.). Seul bémol, les précédents vacanciers n'ont pas été très soigneux pour le ménage...
