Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop "La Bisbal" 4 km, railway station "Flaçá" 15 km, sandy beach "Pals" 17 km pebble beach "Sa Riera (Begur)" 19 km.
