"We had a wonderful stay in Frankston. It was off season and pleasantly quiet. The amenities provided at the condo were more than sufficient. With the Cole's and other shopping so close we rarely left the building. When we did go into Melbourne it was easy on public transit or UBER. We highly recommend this property for a great get away."

"A warning that the bar above turned into a nightclub and would be causing such a thumping through the night up until 2am should have been disclosed at booking. the rooms were stuffy with no air flow or windows able to be opened. When we checked out a day early the staff member that checked us out didnt seem at all aplogetic for the noise. There was a steady streem of drunk people walking outside the windows in the car park at all hours"

"Perfectly located for our wanderings. Alice and Ash are lovely hosts. Alice was very responsive to our inquires. She was very helpful when our arrival plans were disrupted by train issues. The beach house is well appointed and comfortable. We were sorry that we did not plan more time there."
