"Overall, my room was clean and comfortable. I did notice that the housekeeping service seemed a little disorganized during my stay, although the front desk staff was very helpful and responsive when I had questions or concerns. For breakfast, it would be wonderful to see a greater variety of fresh fruits offered. As a small suggestion for further improving the guest experience, the elevators could be mopped regularly and perhaps have some pleasant air fresheners added to keep them feeling fresh and welcoming."

"The hotel was well maintained and located in the heart of Downtown Portland near many restaurants and amenities. I also like they provide complimentary tickets to the Japanese Gardens. The only thing I’d like to see changed is the overflow parking situation for those using rental cars, especial. When the primary lot is full, either allow people to park across the street at the Inn side and walk across the street to their hotel or work out an arrangement with the owner of the overflow lot to not make guests move their cars back to the hotel’s primary lot by 9 am the next day."
