Very good hotel. I really praise the staff, specially those working in the breakfast. They are really kind and accommodating to our needs, projecting an awesome image of both the Italians and the hotel. Many things to highlight here, for instance: Daily water provision, big room (rare in Europe) delicious breakfast, good location, close to te city center with restaurants and supermarkets around. Bar open 24/7 wirh affordable prices. My only complaint: The gym is poorly equipped but the worst is the schedule, starting at 08:00 (too late to do something). Even worse, you have to go to the lobby and ask for the key. Once I went there to get the key at 07:40 and there was no human power to convince the clerk to give me it 20 minutes ahead…ridiculously stubborn from my point of view. Other than that, great place to stay. I”ll be back for sure!

Très bon accueil dès l'arrivée, le personnel est agréable et consciencieux vis à vis des demandes. La chambre est spacieuse. Un petit équipement est mis à disposition : bouilloire électrique, petit réfrigérateur, télévision etc... Le petit déjeuner qui est proposé est assez complet. L'hôtel est très bien situé.

Esperienza disastrosa!!!

Hotel da evitare, sicuramente non 4 stelle, forse neanche 2 stelle. Con il caldo di questi giorni il clima nelle camere non funzionava quindi alla notte non si poteva dormire. In bagno alla sera dai rubinetti usciva solo acqua calda, cosa mai vista, poi al mattino è tornata l'acqua fredda. Nella sala colazione al mattino era un forno, non si riusciva a fare una colazione tranquilla, siamo dovuti scappare dal caldo. Fatto notare tutti i problemi al personale che si è scusato e ci informava che aveva già provveduto ad informare la direzione, segno che altri ospiti si erano già lamentati. La seconda notte ho chiesto un cambio camera che fosse più fresca. Mi hanno cambiato la camera assicurandomi che era più fresca invece non è cambiato niente, anzi peggio perché mi hanno dato una camera dalla parte dei binari con i treni che hanno iniziato a passare alle 5 del mattino. Al mattino in sala colazioni sempre lo stesso caldo.

Personalen var vänlig, trevlig och hjälpsam. Framförallt vid frukosten, där man kände sig extra välkommen varje morgon. Rummet var välstädat och i ordning varje dag. Kanske hotellet behöver en uppdatering av möbler, men på hela taget kändes allt bra.

Funzionale

Buon Hotel in posizione ottimale rispetto al centro. Colazione completa di dolce e salato, personale gentile e disponibile. La struttura però è un po datata, avrebbe bisogno di un restyling almeno nelle camere. In camera tv con pay ma con schermo piccolo, scomodo. Parcheggio disponibile ma non ispira sicurezza. Facilmente accessibile a chiunque e non sorvegliato.

Albergo molto carino, la stanza che abbiamo preso era ordinata e confortevole. Il bagno grandissimo. Una scrivania, cassaforte, frigo. Affacciava sulla ferrovia ma non era assolutamente fastidiosa. Personale super disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. Unico neo, nella nostra camera gli spazi per riporre gli indumenti molto scarsi. Per noi andava bene perché era una sola notte ma per più giorni sarebbe stato un problema, solo un piccolo appendiabiti e nessun cassetto. Per il resto perfetto. Colazione a buffet ottima e abbondate, tutto quello che può soddisfare le diverse abitudini. Vicinissimo al centro, parcheggio sia all'aperto che sotterraneo, facile trovare posto (in stagione invernale, non so in estate). Nel complesso tutto perfetto. Sicuramente lo sceglierei di nuovo e lo consiglio.

Bon hôtel et bien situé.

Séjour sympathique, personnel avenants et professionnels. Les lieux sont propres, les chambres aussi. Elles sont faites tous les jours et les serviettes sont changés même si vous ne le souhaitez pas. Accès rapide en voiture et le centre ville est à 5 - 10 min à pied.
