I would give it 11 stars if I could.

Beautiful room and resort. Pool was 10/10. Everything was 10/10. Great service and breakfast too. I would come back to Formentera just to stay at Blanco. Walking distance to all the action in Pujols. An absolute must place to stay.

Blanco was a great hotel, clean, nice pool, breakfast was tasty, egg station did get very busy so was a bit slow. The bedroom was welcoming but the biggest problem we had was the air conditioning only went down to 20 degree's not ideal for a menopausal woman, even my husband complained it was too hot, so had very restless nights sleep! A nice touch would have been also if they gave you a bottle of water daily like other hotels.

Absolutely gorgeous spotless hotel. Luxury feel with real attention to detail. Lovely pool area with plenty beds of different styles. Great location, few minutes walk to the beach or the main resort. Great breakfast with huge choice which runs until 12! All staff from main reception, the bar, cleaning and waiting on were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Had the most perfect stay and would recommend to anyone!

My love for this place is in the details and all the small things. Initially I was just looking for a place closest to nice beaches. I did not realize that for such a small island, a car or scooter would be necessary, but it is. I paid a lot more than I normally would for a hotel, but once we got there, we realized, it was really a gem of a find, and, to us, it was worth spending the extra money. The downside was that this hotel seems to cater to very wealthy, unfriendly, snooty and entitled Italians and Spaniards. It is definitely not a place to be social or make new friends. The room itself was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and we absolutely loved getting up every morning and coming down for breakfast. The pool also was gorgeous, heated to the most perfect temperature, and not heavily used. The bar, cleaning, restaurant, spa and front reception Staff were so lovely and professional. We got great massages at a very good rate, and I would highly recommend the spa at this hotel. I also loved the design and architecture of this hotel. Very clean and modern. Even futuristic. this island is slow paced, quiet, and I hope it remains this way and that the protected areas remain respected and protected. It’s definitely not for everyone, but we loved it.

Warm reception, chilly pool

Travelled late September, early October deliberately to avoid school holidays which must not apply to German schools as there were a number of noisy children commandeering the pool. This together with the music from the bar irritated my partner.. I am much more chilled and just zoned it all out reading! (The pool was far too cold anyway for me to swim in so I wasn't really that bothered) Hotel staff are enormously helpful, always smiling; receptionists, waiting on / bar staff, chefs and housekeeping staff, all are delightful. My only grumble is the glass door/s in the bathroom, this I notice is quite a topic for other reviewers to remark on! Before we arrived I was totally prepared however I feel that the hotel should by now be aware that the majority of people regard their toiletry requirements as highly personal, so the prospect of ones partner observing (even by accident) is somewhat distasteful and perhaps the hotel should reconsider this aspect - I do appreciate that it has been thus designed to allow more light into the bathroom, however I could live without the light for the sake of my privacy! The breakfasts are outstanding. The freshly baked bread is delicious and the chefs rustle up a very beautifully presented eggs /bacon or whatever your choice..which you watch them prepare. We left early in the morning and the very kind man on duty ran to the taxi with 2 bags filled with a lovely selection of food as we were going to miss our breakfast. A brilliant touch !

Nette kamer, net als de rest van het hotel. Overal heel erg proper. Vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt en heerlijk rustig aan het zwembad. Minpunt: matras is aan vervanging toe Diner: was een echte tegenvaller. De inktvis was niet vers en de saus was een dikke pap uit een pakje. Jammer, want overal op het eiland hebben we super lekker en vers gegeten! Toch vind ik het hotel een aanrader om te verblijven en lekkere restaurants vind je in de buurt.
