Hem passat 8 dies fantàstics a casa de la Conxita, ja que està totalment equipada i molt neta. Cuina completa, microones, accessoris, rentaplats i rentadora. Aire condicionat. Wifi. Aparcament. Es respira una calma impressionant. La Conxita viu al costat i s’agraeix perquè hi és per a qualsevol cosa que necessites. És molt amable i simpàtica i aconsella sobre Formentera.És una casa a quatre vents amb terreny, lluny de la resta, el que et dona molta pau i tranquilitat.Quan tornem a l’illa repetirem segur.Moltes gràcies per tot Conxita

Magnifica!! Todo un acierto!!!!

Hemos pasado cinco dias con nuestros hijos y sin duda si volvemos repetiremos. La localizacion es ideal para descansar y la casa comodisima y acogedora con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias estupendos. La anfitriona un encanto; muchas gracias por toda tu atención y hasta siempre!!!!!

Nicht schlecht

Wir waren anfangs etwas irritiert, da im Inserat nirgends ersichtlich war, dass es sich um zwei Wohnungen handelt. Auf dem Bild sieht es so aus, als hätte man eine große Terrasse welche ums Eck geht, dem ist nicht so, dort ist eine zweite Wohnung. Wir hatten das Glück, dass diese nicht besetzt war. Das Küchenfenster dieser Wohnung geht auf die Terrasse der anderen Wohnung. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich nicht in der Wohnung, sondern in einem kleinen Raum außerhalb. Das Bad ist irrsinnig klein, was auf den Bildern auch nicht ersichtlich ist. Die Terrassenmöbel sollten dringend erneuert werden. Mein Mann hat sich am ersten Abend hingesetzt und ist direkt am Boden gelandet, das unter dem Polster der Stuhl gar kein Inlet hatte, die Vermieterin hat darüber nur gelacht, vielleicht hat sie es auch nicht verstanden, sie spricht kein Deutsch und kein Englisch. Bei dieser Wohnung muss man auch Katzenliebhaber sein, wir hatten 4-5 kleine Kätzchen immer bei uns (diese sind von der Vermieterin). Das hat uns nicht gestört, wir lieben Katzen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, soweit man sich verständingen kann. Wir dürften am letzten Tag sogar bis 15 Uhr in der Wohnung bleiben, da unser Flieger erst abends um 9 Uhr ging. Wir konnten so noch einen letzten Strandtag verbringen.

La casa está muy bien situada, a 5 minutos en coche a La Mola. Estuvimos muy a gusto: tranquilidad, la casa dispone de todas la comodidades (el interior está reformado y es muy moderno). Echaremos de menos a ALEGRE, que nos venía a saludar todas las mañanas.

Hemos pasado una semana preciosa, muy fresquitos, la localización es perfecta, las vistas espectaculares y mucha tranquilidad. La casa estaba muy bien equipada, todos los electrodomésticos son muy buenos, tener una buena nevera ha sido fundamental para poder hacer cenas y comidas en casa. El lavavajillas un plus. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa proprietà per 8 gg. L'immobile molto ben tenuto corrisponde alla descrizione. Cucina nuova e ben attrezzata: lavastoviglie, forno e forno a microonde. Due camere da letto: una matrimoniale e una sempre con due letti leggermente più piccola. ampi armadio in corridoio. Bagno non enorme ma con doccia molto grande. La proprietà è divisa in due appartamenti praticamente identici: se i vicini sono rumorosi in effetti si sente il disturbo. La proprietaria deliziosa e sempre disponibile vive lì accanto. La location è impagabile: nelle campagne del la Mola, silenzio e natura. Torneremo sicuramente
