"Paid for a room with a kitchenette, but at the property the staff let me know that I had to pay 15 euro extra per night to use it. I decided not to use it.
We also had to chance room because we had ants in the first one."

"Air conditioner didn't work. Told staff at 3pm. Went out sight seeing came back at 10pm only to find the room hot and AC not working
Was told by staff no workers were at hotel at night time. When we asked why it was not addressed at 3pm they had no answer.
Had to change room at midnight.
Poor management."
