My sister and I loved the cozy feeling of this historic property. Penny provides many added touches that enhanced our stay. We loved that she decorated for Christmas! It was the perfect place to come home to after a day of shopping! We will definitely stay there again next year!

We combined our families to have Thanksgiving together. This home was perfect! The kids had an amazing time! Each bedroom felt like home, there were activities for everyone outside and in. We made many wonderful memories here!!

Forsyth and Decatur seem to have made an upturn with regards to economy and overall look. Both cities are still disappointing. Let’s get back to this hotel! It needs a serious update and the cleanliness was very questionable. Carpeting disgusting.

We shopped a little. We had two excellent meals- one at Red Lobster, one at Cracker Barrel. Because of the coffee, microwave and refrigerator we were able to spend an entire morning and afternoon lounging in our room!! It was very refreshing!!
