"The house is on a farm with a lake between the stables/barn and pastures. It is pretty close to the road, and not far from town, but as soon as you walk in you feel like you are in the country. The views are spectacular from the sunroom which has a gas fireplace for heat and comfort, which was great as it was cold enough for snow flurries. We practically lived there during our waking hours at the house. From that vantage point I was able to view both the sunrise and sunset. There were ducks...

"The host was quick with communication from booking to leaving. The place is really decorated nicely and cozy to be in. There are small warmers for the sleeping area that made it toasty to get into bed. The kitchen was stocked with enough plates and other cutlery, dishwasher tabs, and pots and pans for my stay. The water became warm quickly and the shower pressure was sufficient."
