"Check in was friendly and helpful. Our room on lower floor was a little noisy, so would suggest requesting an upper level. Small issue. Room was reasonably big, clean and comfortable. Close to all sites, shops and restaurants. Really good."

Other rooms spacious and well equipped but rooms overlooking street noisy. Also, rooms too warm and needed to open window to cool as no way to change temperature in room. Breakfast very good, but PLEASE get rid of musak. There is no need and peace and quiet much preferred. I booked 4 rooms for a party of four and I'm responding on behalf of all of us."

"Staff are nice but need to be called. Nobody at front desk. Air conditioning wasn't working and a fan was put in the room. By the 2nd day, we had bites appearing and it wasn't mosquitoes even though the window had to stay open at night to provide some cooler air at night. We believe there were biting bugs in the room. Very few food options and no breakfast included. Two water bottles were not replaced for the room. Overall negative experience.. "
