This colorful modern home is the perfect spot for your Fort Collins getaway! Located in Old Town North, this home is just minutes away from world-class breweries, the Poudre River Trail and Whitewater Park, and Old Town’s shopping and restaurants. Perfect for families or groups who want to enjoy sunset mountain views from the hot tub on the rooftop patio; wake up rested in the cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; serve up a feast from the fully-equipped kitchen; or challenge each other to a Skee-Ball, Atari, Nintendo, or Sony PlayStation tournament.

If you have any questions, please reach out. This house was our home for 7 years, and we now live just a few minutes away and can be easily reached at all times. We are here to help and make sure you have a wonderful time in the Fort!

Great Stay!

The home was perfect for our group! We were in town for a wedding and it was clean, comfortable, convenient and had everything promised and more. Close to stores, downtown and wedding venue. Really enjoyed rooftop and hot-tub!

Great property and Hosts

Great location, very clean and well stocked home! New Belgium Brewing tour was amazing, happy hour at Social speakeasy was a hit, close to Old Town. Rooftop hot tub has cool views and skee ball was an fun addition to our stay. Hosts were responsive. Highly recommend! Highly recommend!

Gorgeous and family-friendly

This house was perfect for an extended stay for my husband, our baby, and me. The space is comfortable, definitely kid- and family-friendly (we used the included pack n play for our son to sleep in), and we spent most nights enjoying the gorgeous views from the hot tub on the roof. Really nice to have garage parking in the winter, too.

Perfect Spot for FoCO Family Events

Was in town for a wedding. House is walking distance to The Poudre and Old Town! All the amenities were provided - the towels were superb!! We are ordering some for our house ;). Hot Tub and Skeeball were the cherry on top of a great family spot. Highly recommend and will stay again next time in the area.

Friends completing Equinox Half Marathon

My kids both live in Fort Collins, we visit often. This trip was especially fun because I brought a group of friends for an adventure they will never forget. They loved the home, it was so spacious, clean and well appointed. We had some steep competition w Skee Ball, kitchen dance parties, and so many hot tub sunsets. We will definitely be back!

Great stay! Perfect for our group.

We had a girls group of 8 and this was perfect for us. Plenty of space for entertaining and the outdoor spaces were perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the selection of pots pans matched our needs. The hot was incredible and such a cute space. So many bathrooms! Allowed 8 adults to get ready for a night out seamlessly. Location was also very convenient to old town and was a minute away from everything. Highly recommend this space and we will be staying again when we come back to Fort Collins.

Great walking and biking!

This is a great place to stay especially if you like to move around without a car. Very close to urban trails, a great sporting good store, the bus line, grocery, and more. We were 4 people, all coworkers and we each had our own private space. All was as reported in the listing, including skeeball! We had great communication with the owners and felt absolutely at home and very safe. The house is in great shape and there was nothing that we were without, including coffee! This is a very fine place to stay and I hope to return. Oh, and the hot tub on the roof is amazing!

Family wedding weekend

We enjoyed this lovely home with comfy beds and a rooftop hottub. Coffee beans, grinder and a large selection of teas was another bonus. We wished we had more time to play the fun skee ball game! For some reason there were zero washcloths, and the washing machine threw the breaker. The home was in a good location near the river, Old Town and nice restaurants.

Super Clean, Well Stocked

Super happy we picked this home. It was in the perfect location: close to New Belgium Brewing and the Horsetooth Half Marathon. Pictures were accurate. Very clean. It had plenty of towels. Free coffee was great. It came with extra shampoo, dish soap, detergent, garbage bags, and more. The views from the rooftop hot tub were great. Way better provisioned than most homes I have rented. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Awesome Family Celebration Home

Extended family came to town for my son’s high school graduation, and we all stayed here. It was the perfect location to access the Poudre River trails and Old Town. We walked the trails every day, and the boys enjoyed their RC rock climber truck at Whitewater Park. I took my mom to Vern’s coffeehouse as well, as we love their toffee. The house was well stocked and the layout is great for a large family. Plenty of bathrooms and separation of bedrooms for privacy. We absolutely loved the rooftop patio and hot tub. Best of all was the skew ball machine!!! Super cool and fun and with it we made memories we’ll enjoy for years to come.

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. James and Mandy were great communicators and even checked in to make sure our stay was going well. There was plenty of street parking and an easy walk to the Poudre River White Water Park (which was free and our kids’ favorite activity of the trip). There are GREAT restaurants downtown. I highly recommend staying here!

We loved this amazing home in every way! Our family of six had plenty of room to spread out and come together for fun time as a group. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-equipped, and the games and hot tub were icing on an already-fabulous home. The hosts made everything easy and excellent communicators, too.
