CBTYC quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No loud noise on CBTYC property is permitted after 11:00 p.m. This includes the beach, Clubhouse and other common areas. Renters must be at least twenty-one (21) years old. Renters will be issued their own fobs and gate access code for the week. Small pet less than 20 lbs is allowed or no parties allowed.

Cleaning fee:
