"Quite and Private. Roomy and Clean. Each bedroom has its own bath plus there is a 1/2 bath, plenty of seating around the house, very convenient for families. The beds were comfortable. One note, the only A/C is a window unit in the kitchen. Each room has great ceiling fan(s) but guests are asked not to open the windows. If the weather is warm, the bedrooms can get a bit warm."

The house was so light and airy inside with tons of space, lots of seating in the living room and dinning room, games of all kinds, and everything you need in the kitchen. Activities all over the property. There is so much room inside, very comfortable bed, lots of fans, bedding and really anything and everything you could need. The VIEWS, OMG from the front porch, living room and bedrooms. We would recommend this place to everyone wanting to have the BEST SAN LUIS VALLEY EXPERIENCE. Reed was our amazing host. He shared some valley history with us and helped us find places to visit we weren't aware of. We are so thankful to get to meet someone like him. Thank you REED! "
