"We were told checkout was 11am but that didn’t stop the cleaning lady from kicking our door open at 8:30am on a Tuesday “just to see if anyone was still in the room.” She did it a second time an hour later, just as my daughter was preparing to get into the shower. I yelled at cleaning lady to stop entering our room, and she said “the door was already open” while giving me a dirty look, then slammed the door shut. Ridiculous behavior, we won’t stay here a second time."

So I needed to wait there about 10-15 mins until the drawer was counted. Seems like the customer should be served first, pause the drawer counting until after. "
