"The staff went above and beyond to make sure you were treated well. Room was clean and comfortable. Having the pool was great and the 24 hour gym was a plus. Food was great at the hotel restaurants as well. Definitely going back this year."

"The room was spotless. Love that. The pool area is really nice. Everyone is really nice and super helpful. There was a gentleman working the front desk Sunday night, who was not great… now, he may have been overwhelmed, because I think it was just him working the reservation desk. We called several times to get a roll of toilet paper sent up. After not getting through several times and then waiting on hold , he came on line, and said “ thanks for calling please.. we got hung up on” That was frustrating. We decided to wait after dinner to go check back. We walked in person and he was dealing with a customer having issues for a while. What we the situation was he was trying to deal with it and maybe was a little frustrated, but he was rude to one customer as they walked up asking about an elevator. We also heard him put someone on hold and in the 10-15 minutes we waited, he never got back to them. Eventually he did help us with the roll of toilet paper. They need 2 people working that reservation desk, especially since all calls are sent there. Everyone else on site was super friendly and helpful. Love the gym. Love the convenience of location to the beach. We will be back."

"I have stayed at Ritz Carlton’s and four seasons all over the world, and the staff here was as hospitable, courteous, and ready to help as anywhere I have seen. All the amenities that you would ever need are here, and the food and mermaid show were excellent! Highly recommend for the value received!"

"Rooms were very clean. Staff is efficient and professional. Property was amazing with beautiful views. Service is excellent! Valet parking options are only available. They should have self parking options. On the whole the property was excellent!"
