"The amenities of having everything close to you was very nice. The pool just upstairs was nice having all the laundry clean when we had to go was nice so it’s all done when you get home nothing to worry about. And all the staff was helpful in anyway they could help us. Well be back again this is second year in a row stayed 9 days."

"Michael at the front desk was extremely accommodating! I was feeling tired from my travels and his bubbly personality immediately lifted up my spirit! Moreover, my room was not ready when we arrived, so he gave me a voucher to get lunch at the pool bar while I waited. The bathroom and room was clean. My only complaint is to remove the carpets and replace with vinyl flooring."

"The Westin is comfortable and clean. Upon arrival, you are greeted with a glass of champagne ( better would be if it was a real glass and not plastic) and delicious chocolate chip cookies! The staff are very helpful and capable. The parking is outside. It's is plentiful and easy to use. The 2 downsides are- you are advised ar check in that your room will not be refreshed every day. You must request it, no problem. It was difficult to contact the hotel directly to advise of a late arrival."
