To Whom It May Concern,
I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards. I’m writing to formally request a full refund due to the following issues:
• The location was extremely inconvenient far from anything as described.
• I spent $150 on dinner and $120 on breakfast, both of which were significantly overpriced.
• The room had no phone, old soap, and a shower that wouldn’t close properly.
• The TV lost antenna service for hours, and there was no laundry room available.
• The pool and balcony were both very small, and the balcony did not provide a beach view as advertised.
• I found pieces of hair in my bed, and the bed was uncomfortably low to the floor.
• I was placed directly in front of the elevator, which caused constant noise throughout the night.
• The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome as if I didn’t belong there. The only positive experience I had was with the restaurant server, who was kind and professional.
Due to all of these issues, I checked out the very next day. I genuinely feel I was misled by the description and treated unfairly, and I am requesting a full refund for the stay
